Optima Asia combines regional manufacturing in Malaysia with established teams and partners across the region. Since 2012, this network has supported the delivery of glazed partitioning, door and interior systems across a wide range of commercial and workplace projects.

Regional manufacturing capability

Optima’s Malaysia factory provides a dedicated manufacturing base for projects across Asia, supporting closer coordination between design, production and delivery. Manufacturing within the region helps project teams manage programme requirements, quality control and project-specific finishes more directly.

The facility works alongside Optima’s regional design and project teams, helping reduce lead times by keeping manufacture closer to projects across Asia. Technical queries, production requirements and approved information can also be coordinated within the same regional structure.

Optima Asia works through an established network of regional partners who bring local market knowledge, client relationships and on-the-ground project support. Their understanding of local procurement routes, construction practices and delivery expectations helps projects progress with clearer communication and more responsive coordination.

These partnerships are supported by Optima’s wider design, technical, product and manufacturing expertise, including the regional factory in Malaysia. This gives clients a local point of contact while maintaining access to the systems knowledge and resources of the wider Optima business.

The team supports projects with varied design, acoustic, technical and programme requirements, from standard glazed partitioning packages to more detailed schemes involving bespoke finishes, coordinated doors and project-specific interfaces.

Working with architects, consultants and contractors, Optima Asia reviews each specification in context and coordinates the information needed for manufacture and installation. This helps ensure the proposed solution reflects the design intent, site conditions and practical requirements of the wider project.
