Building a growing project portfolio in Taiwan
Optima began working with Applied Spaces Group in late 2022, bringing together Optima’s partitioning and door systems with a local team experienced in the planning and delivery of commercial interiors across Taiwan.
In the years since, the partnership has supported projects for a varied group of international and local organisations. Completed schemes include workplaces for Google, Cisco, PepsiCo, WorldQuant and Warner Music, alongside a wider portfolio across Taiwan’s commercial sector.
Applied Spaces Group supports clients throughout the project process, from initial design consultation and system planning to installation and ongoing maintenance. Its multidisciplinary team includes experience across project management, engineering, architecture and interior design, supported by relationships with local contractors.
This local capability provides architects, designers and project teams with direct access to Optima systems, supported by practical knowledge of the Taiwanese market and the requirements of each individual project.
