UN Sustainibility Goals

Optima reports against the SDGs in our annual CSR Report and internal Environmental Performance Report. These Goals are being integrated across our business operations. Optima directly contributes to the following SDGs:

This Goal promotes inclusive economic growth, productive employment and decent work for all. Optima contributes by supporting fair and safe working conditions, employee development and responsible business practices across its operations and supply chain.

This Goal seeks to make cities and communities more inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable. Through its work within the built environment, Optima contributes to the delivery of internal spaces designed to respond to the functional, environmental and wellbeing requirements of contemporary buildings.

This Goal encourages the efficient use of resources and the reduction of waste throughout product and material lifecycles. Optima supports this by monitoring material use and waste, reviewing procurement practices and considering opportunities for reuse, recovery and recycling.

This Goal calls for action to address climate change and its impacts. Optima contributes by measuring and reporting relevant environmental performance, working to reduce emissions associated with its operations and integrating climate considerations into business decision-making.
