Technishield Quartz brings fire resistance and visual openness together in a clean, minimal glazed system. Designed for fixed screens, it supports large areas of uninterrupted glazing while providing 30, 60 or 90 minutes of integrity and insulation, with flexibility for different wall conditions, corners and deflection requirements.

Technishield® Quartz FAQ's
Technishield Quartz is available in configurations providing 30, 60 or 90 minutes of fire integrity and insulation, depending on the selected glass and system build-up.
The system can be installed at unlimited overall widths, with maximum heights of up to 3624mm for 30 minutes, 3360mm for 60 minutes and 2800mm for 90 minutes. Individual pane widths remain subject to the approved Certifire limits.
No. Technishield Quartz is a fixed glazed screen system and does not include a door option. Where a fire-resistant door is required, a separate compatible Technishield door system would need to be specified.
Technishield Quartz has been tested to Rw40dB in the 30-minute configuration. The 60 and 90-minute configurations are stated at Rw42dB by extrapolation from the EI30 acoustic test.
Yes. The system can incorporate 90° butt-jointed corners and faceted glazing, subject to the tested angle field of application.
