Leon Clarke

Managing Director, Optima Partitions LLC

Leon joined Optima in the UAE in 2017 as General Manager before becoming Managing Director in 2022. He is responsible for developing Optima’s activities across the Middle East and North Africa, working with regional teams and clients across commercial offices, retail, hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects.

A Chartered Surveyor with more than 15 years of experience in project and programme delivery, Leon previously held senior roles at JLL and EC Harris in London and Dubai. His background includes corporate real estate, major fit-out, hotel refurbishment and fast-track project delivery, bringing a strong client and commercial perspective to Optima’s regional growth.

Teresa leads HSQE across the Optima Group, with responsibility for health, safety, quality and environmental standards, including the management of ISO certifications, accreditations and compliance requirements.

Gerard joined Optima in 2005 and is now Divisional Design Director, leading an enthusiastic and skilled team of designers.

Lynne Stephens

Having been with the business since 2015, Lynne supports Optima’s people strategy across the group, helping shape the employee experience, recruitment, development and wider HR processes that support the business as it continues to grow.

Peter Long

Peter Long is Optima’s Divisional Fire and Certification Director, overseeing product testing, certification and technical support. With more than 25 years at Optima, he helps promote accurate product information, responsible specification and higher standards across the glazed partitioning sector.

Dave has been with Optima since 1990 and has extensive experience delivering large and complex projects. As a Director, he has overall responsibility for the estimating function within Optima Major Works.

Dave joined Optima in 1989 as a Project Engineer and quickly progressed to become Divisional Design Director heading up the Product Design and Service Team for Optima Products, with ultimate responsibility for product design.
