Daniel Fuller

Divisional Sales Director, Optima Major Works

Dan’s career at Optima has progressed within the Major Works team from Account Manager to Sales Manager and, most recently, Divisional Sales Director. That progression has given him experience across all stages of building relationships, major project opportunities and the wider commercial side of the business.

His experience spans larger and more complex commercial interior projects, working closely with clients, contractors and internal teams from early discussions through to project development. In his current role, he draws on that experience to support Optima’s sales activity and key client relationships across the business.

Gerard joined Optima in 2005 and is now Divisional Design Director, leading an enthusiastic and skilled team of designers.

Having been with the business since 2015, Lynne supports Optima’s people strategy across the group, helping shape the employee experience, recruitment, development and wider HR processes that support the business as it continues to grow.

Peter Long is Optima’s Divisional Fire and Certification Director, overseeing product testing, certification and technical support. With more than 25 years at Optima, he helps promote accurate product information, responsible specification and higher standards across the glazed partitioning sector.

A Chartered Surveyor with extensive UK and Middle East experience, Leon leads Optima’s business activities across the Middle East and North Africa.
