The fit-out combines Revolution 100, Optima 117 Plus, Elite Affinity and Edge Affinity doors to respond to varying acoustic and spatial requirements across meeting rooms, offices and shared areas. Technishield 65 doors and double-door sets were also incorporated where 30 minutes of fire integrity and insulation was required, allowing acoustic and fire performance to be coordinated within the wider glazed scheme.

The project’s BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications reflect the wider focus on environmental performance and occupant wellbeing. Optima’s glazed systems supported the design approach by maintaining transparency and access to natural light while allowing enclosed spaces to meet their required acoustic and fire performance.

Technishield EI30 doors and double-door sets were used where 30 minutes of integrity and insulation was required, allowing fire-resistant elements to sit consistently alongside the surrounding glazed partitions and door systems. This helped maintain a coherent architectural approach across the workplace while meeting the project’s specific fire requirements.
