An Optima Adaptable Meeting Room (AMR) is a modular meeting space designed to be assembled, dismantled, relocated and reconfigured as workplace needs change. Available in a range of standard sizes and configurations, AMRs can incorporate glazing, solid panels, lighting, ventilation, power, data and AV within a complete room system.

Yes. Optima AMRs are modular and designed to be dismantled, relocated and reassembled. They can also be enlarged, reduced or reconfigured as workplace requirements change, allowing components to be reused rather than starting again with a new room.

Standard configurations range from individual rooms through to meeting rooms for up to eight people. These standard layouts can be used as a starting point, with AMRs capable of being connected, enlarged or reconfigured to create different workplace settings.

Yes. Connectivity can be configured around the intended use of the room, including sockets, ports, chargers and cabling, alongside AV equipment and smart controls for room settings and meeting scheduling.

Ventilation is configured around the size and occupancy of the room. Available options include dedicated airflow systems, air-quality and presence sensors, and additional temperature-control options to help maintain a comfortable internal environment.
