Nick Caley

Nick joined Optima in 1988, just two years after the business was founded, and was appointed Group CEO in 2006. His career with Optima has spanned much of the company’s 40-year journey, from its early years in Bourne End to the international business it is today.

Allan joined Optima in 2010 and brought with him a wealth of expertise, particularly in system partitions. Having worked within the construction industry for over 35 years, Allan has been central to the delivery of many landmark projects and he has made many friends at the top of the industry along the way.

Christian Mabey is Managing Director of Optima Products and President of PurOptima Inc. With 26 years’ experience in commercial interiors, he focuses on international growth, product innovation, manufacturing excellence and advancing more sustainable practices across the built environment.

Chris joined Optima in 2017 and now leads Optima Partitions North as Managing Director, bringing close to a decade of regional experience across the North of England and Scotland.

Chris has been with Optima since 2003 and is Divisional Contracts Director for Optima Contracting, bringing more than two decades of experience with the business.

Teresa Gorham

Central Services, All Regions

Teresa leads HSQE across the Optima Group, with responsibility for health, safety, quality and environmental standards, including the management of ISO certifications, accreditations and compliance requirements.

Gerard Miliken

Optima Major Works, UK & North America

Gerard joined Optima in 2005 and is now Divisional Design Director, leading an enthusiastic and skilled team of designers.

Lynne Stephens

Having been with the business since 2015, Lynne supports Optima’s people strategy across the group, helping shape the employee experience, recruitment, development and wider HR processes that support the business as it continues to grow.

Peter Long

Divisional Fire & Certification Director

Peter Long is Optima’s Divisional Fire and Certification Director, overseeing product testing, certification and technical support. With more than 25 years at Optima, he helps promote accurate product information, responsible specification and higher standards across the glazed partitioning sector.

Dave Harvey

Dave has been with Optima since 1990 and has extensive experience delivering large and complex projects. As a Director, he has overall responsibility for the estimating function within Optima Major Works.

Dave joined Optima in 1989 as a Project Engineer and quickly progressed to become Divisional Design Director heading up the Product Design and Service Team for Optima Products, with ultimate responsibility for product design.

Dan has spent 10 years at Optima, progressing through the Major Works team from Account Manager to Divisional Sales Director and has built broad experience across major project opportunities, client relationships and the commercial development of complex interior schemes.

Nigel joined Optima in 2012 and is now the Divisional Sales Director for Optima Special Works. Nigel has over 25 years’ experience in the glazed partitioning, suspended ceilings and structural fire protection sectors.
