Mark Hobbs

Mark joined Optima in 2016 as Production Manager, bringing manufacturing experience from the semiconductor industry and a decade with Herman Miller.

He moved into finance in 2018, becoming Finance Manager with responsibility for Optima Products and Optima Partitioning Asia, while helping to develop the local finance function and bring greater responsibility into the divisional team.

In 2023, Mark became Divisional Central Services Director for Optima Products, expanding his remit to include Maintenance and HSQE alongside his existing finance responsibilities. He moved to Optima Contracting in 2026 as Divisional Finance & Administration Director, with responsibility for finance and administrative functions across the group’s businesses.
