Nick Impey is Estimating Manager within Optima Special Works, supporting the commercial development of smaller and fast-moving glazed partitioning and door projects.
His role involves reviewing project information, assessing requirements and leading the preparation of accurate tender submissions for the Special Works division. Working closely with sales, design, project management and delivery teams, Nick helps ensure each enquiry is understood clearly from the estimating stage.
As part of Optima Special Works, his work supports projects where responsiveness, clarity and careful coordination are essential to successful delivery.
