Nick Caley

Nick joined Optima in 1988, two years after the business was founded, and was appointed Group CEO in 2006.

Over almost four decades with Optima, he has been closely involved in the company’s development from a regional contractor into an international business, including the growth of its own product range, in-house installation capability and manufacturing operations.

His experience spans the major stages of Optima’s expansion across the UK and into North America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.

As Group CEO, Nick continues to lead the business with a focus on long-term growth, its people and the continued development of Optima’s products and international presence.
