Lee Bazzoni

Lee has worked in construction and project delivery for more than 20 years, with experience spanning maintenance, project management and regional construction leadership. He joined Optima in Dubai in 2014 and now serves as Construction Director – Middle East, overseeing the delivery of projects across the region.
His background includes leading construction and project teams in both the UK and the UAE, giving him a detailed understanding of site operations, programme coordination and the practical requirements of delivering complex interior projects.
