Charles Costello is a Specifications Manager for Optima’s Australian partner Quadric, supporting architects, designers and consultants with acoustic glass partitioning solutions across the region. With more than 20 years of glazing industry experience, his background spans business development, project management, estimating, compliance and delivery.

Based in Melbourne, Charles works with project teams from early specification through to delivery, helping align design intent, acoustic requirements and practical project considerations. His role also supports wider market engagement and the continued development of Optima’s specification network in Australia.
