Project Case Study

£33 million, 150,000 Sqft three storey new build HQ Administration and Technical Operations accommodation in 2 blocks comprising the installation of Double Glazed partitioning and internal windows.  All to form quiet rooms, meeting rooms and offices in 1500mm x 3000mm modules.

Optima's Derby based Contracting Partner, Moda Interiors Ltd, developed the bespoke system base around Optima's 217 system to accommodate the increased glass thickness required to provide 3000mm x 1500mm glazed module.

Optima 217 Double glazed semi frameless (ghost mullions) partitioning system in glass modules 1500mm x 3000mm high sealed in silicone to provide an aoustic performance of Rw43dB.

Reception security screens to both buildings across automated turnstiles (by others) in stainless steel framework and patch fittings to receive 12mm toughened glass including installation of electronic opening emergency / desabled door with infra red detection amd solenoid locks.  Integration into high quality joinery wall cladding.
