Project Case Study

Optima were commissioned to play a part in the fit-out of Nomura Bank - Project Shinkyo in London and installed a variation of glass systems within this prestigious building.  Como Interiors, a subsidiary of Mace, were the fit-out contractors for the project.

The Dome Connect system is to be used to procure and deliver Health & Safety File, all Operation & Maintenance manuals, the Building Log Book, BREEAM Building User Guide and Asset Register database that will serve as the building management platform for the Nomura FM team post completion.
