Located in the heart of Scotland, on the M8 East-West corridor, Maxim is the UK’s ultimate Office Park, with 10 buildings totalling over 750,000 square feet of office space, and has been nominated as the best development outside London by Property Week/OAS.

To demonstrate the full potential of the office space to future clients, the design of the Marketing Suite was carefully considered to reflect not only how versatile and flexible these spaces can be, but also some of the features that provide visitors and staff with a secure and productive business environment.

Optima's Contracting Partner, Scotland based WorkSmart Interiors, provided high specification products such as Optima 117 single glazing and Mistral in all areas including full fit-out for boardrooms, all kitchen and welfare areas, floor coverings and partitioning.
