At Optima, we recognise the importance of training and ensure that all our new recruits are trained during their introduction period. Existing employees and Contracting Partners are required to attend regular refresher courses and are subject to ongoing technical training.
Optima's unique Training Centre facility was developed to support the training programme with custom training rigs representing the entire product range.
The rigs were designed to provide hands-on education, demonstrating the correct installation method for each product.
Optima has additionally developed a comprehensive Design and Installation Guide which is provided for future reference:
