Vision for Education
The government aims to rebuild 250 schools a year to meet its aim of refurbishing all 3,500 secondary schools in England by 2020.
They aim to devolve significant funds roughly £3 billion, to spend on maintaining and improving school buildings and enabling teaching and learning to be transformed.
