Optima - Glass Partitioning Systems

TAQA are based in Aberdeen, Scotland.  At 43,142 Sqft speculative build, the building spans four floors of high-specification office accomodation.

The fit-out consisted of using Optima products designed by Architectural firm, Space Solutions to create high impact, modern, flexible and functional workspace suitable for this prestige headquarters building.  Optima's Contracting Partner, North Scotland based Modul8, installed the systems within timescale and budget to achieve on time handover to facilitate the occupation of the building.

Optima 97 with feature inset skirting with integral lighting was used to create monolithic flat solid walls with neat integration with the suspended ceilings by using a shadow gap head track.

Optima 117 with frameless glass doors were used to create meeting spaces and breakout zones to generate an open and connected working environment combined with practicality and privacy.

The glass corridor leading to the boardroom was integrated with feature lighting and floor coverings to create a visual impression of ascending to the board room on approach.
