Birmingham based Associated Architects, relocated its team of 60 employees into 7,000 sqft of ambitiously designed Grade A space at the scheme.

Associated Architects moved from its current office on Newhall Street and relocated to 1, Severn Street within the mailbox, with plans to expand the team by up to 10 employees over the next year.  The office provides space for expansion and further investment in the city.

Designed by their own team along with contractors BuildAbility Ltd and Moda Interiors Ltd, Associated Architects have been given the opportunity to create space that will allow the team to deliver better efficiencies and service to their clients.

New elevations including full height single glazed screens and low level double glazed partitions including single glazed doors, enabled Associated Architects to divide the office space for different uses and showcased the company's ambition and skills whilst obtaining high levels of acoustic privacy.
